- NDB was established in Taipei, Taiwan with initial capital of NT$10 million. The major business scopes were reselling electronic components and distributing Nippon Chemi-Com Products.
- ADVANCE ELECTRONIC SUPPLY INC. was established and distributing Thomson Film Capacitor.
- VIC-DAWN and Wuhan factory joined together for Lithium Battery business.
1980
- KOHO was officially became an agent of Panasonic, and obtained the agency rights for all series of Panasonic.
1974
- KOHO became a subsidiary of KOHO (Japan) in Taiwan, mainly selling Panasonic electronic parts.
- KOHO was established and located in Jilin Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City.
